1. BE FRIENDLY

Did you know that instinctively, sloths are friendly in nature, especially the three-fingered breed? This should be the first lesson to learn from the sloths!

2. BE HAPPY

Sloths are happy animals. They have a built in smile no matter what happens around them. Shouldn’t we learn that to smile more?

3. SPEND TIME WISELY

Important activities have to take a great part of your valuable time. Like, sleep. Did you know that sloths love to sleep a lot? Some of them sleep up to 20 hours a day!

4. SLOW DOWN

Sloths only travel an average of 40 yards per day. Ha ha… don’t think of doing the same, but probably just reduce your speed to enjoy nature around you, because most of the times life it’s about the journey not the destination.

5. CHANGE PERSPECTIVE ONCE IN A WHILE

Sloths are created to hang upside down a lot, therefore their hair grows away from bodies and they give birth and die hanging. Sometimes a slight change in perspective can make the whole world seem better.

6. BE CURIOUS

No matter how slow they are, sloths are very curious creatures. No matter how slow or quick our mind is we should be ready to embrace new adventures and learn new things in our lives. Be willing to accept risks and try new approaches.

7. ENJOY NATURE

Sloths blend in trees and even smell like them. Enjoy the nature surrounding us to relax and be energized.
